To ensure that every Fayette County Public School is a welcoming place where all students can thrive, we need to hear your voice. Please complete a short survey about the experiences you and your children have had during the 2023-24 school year.
All responses are anonymous and confidential. The deadline for submissions is May 1.
The best way to access the survey is through the link your family receives via email. However, you may also use the button below. We ask that you select your student’s school from the dropdown menu and take one survey for each school where you have children enrolled.
