      • Thursday and Friday between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    • To maintain appropriate social distancing requirements we will only allow one family per pod at a time.  You may experience an extended wait time to enter the building.  We will have an area to line up that will meet social distancing requirements.
  • 6th grade must use the front entrance, 7th and 8th grade must use the back entrance by Mr. Booker’s office.
  • School personnel will be in the pod to eliminate socializing and maintain social distancing.

Entry and Exit Requirements

  • Anyone entering the building must wear a mask.
  • Temperatures will be taken before anyone may enter the building.  If someone has a temperature of more than 100 degrees, they are considered to have a fever and will be denied access to the building.
  • In addition to office staff, only one family is allowed in the office at a time.  Families will be asked to wait outside using social distancing until office is available.
  •  The only entrances that may be used are the front entrance (by the office) and the back entrance (by Mr. Booker’s office). Other exterior doors will be locked and alarmed.

Material Check In/Out Process

  • If not coming in the building and just dropping off materials, use the car drop-off zone.  Families will place school materials in containers provided. (instruments, library books, textbooks, and any other Crawford items).
  • Students may keep their chromebook over the summer if they will be attending a Fayette County school in the fall.  If a student is moving out of the county, the chromebook must be returned to one of the containers provided.
  • All school supplies and personal items not picked up by May 27 will be discarded.
