1-19-20  6^th grade 4:30 -6:00 PM

1-20-20  7^th grade 4:30 -6:00 PM

1-21-20  8^th grade 4:30- 6:00 PM

WMS Boys Basketball Pre-Registration Form

General Information

• Per WMS SBDM policy, students must have at least a 2.0 and no F’s on their 2^nd quarter mid-term report. Students and guardians can access this information from their Infinite Campus account.

• Students must have their own transportation to and from practices and games.

• Students must arrive wearing a mask and bring their own water bottle and practice social distancing.

• If students are running a fever of 100.4 or greater or have COVID 19 symptoms they must stay home.

• Students must have an up-to-date KHSAA sports physical on file in order to participate.
