Students from Dixie, Athens Chilesburg, Yates, Garrett Morgan and Liberty Elementary Schools are learning about building design and construction career pathways and the sustainability features of FCPS's new middle school by serving on the New Middle School Living Lab Team.

Each meeting includes a Career Spotlight (ie architect, interior designer, structural engineer), an introduction to construction project tools (ie architectural plans) and an introdcution to a sustainability high-performing feature of the new middle school (ie daylighting, ICF walls).
