Maxwell students were invited to participate in the Hour of Code celebration at the IAKSS building on Monday, November 27. Three students and Sr. Mato represented the school by presenting learning stations that included a MakeyMakey that maps Spanish speaking countries with their flags. Students also demonstrated EV3s for participants. Maxwell was one of three schools selected to participate in this event that showcases student talent in coding, programming, and robot building. One of the highlights of the day occurred when the Maxwell students were able to show Superintendent Caulk and other invited guests how to use the specific technology. Maxwell congratulates the three school representatives for their demonstration of student learning.
