Parks and Recreation ESP at Millcreek

Millcreek partners with Parks and Recreation to offer a state licensed Extended School Program (ESP) in our building.  This program is great way to enhance your student’s experiences after school.  The program is designed to help children of working parents grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually through active participation in a variety of enrichment activities.  Qualified families may be able to receive financial assistance for the program by applying directly with Parks and Recreation or the Child Care Council Child Care Council (859-254-9176 or 1-800-809-7076).

The Extended School Program through Parks and Recreation offers students (kindergarten through 5th grade) opportunities to participate in a wide variety of exciting and enriching activities. Both indoor/outdoor learning opportunities are provided with time for active play as well as time to relax, read, and participate in quite activities. Activities include arts and crafts, recreational games, music, drama, science experiments and nature activities.
