NTI = Non-Traditional Instruction

  •

    Fayette County Schools  will be using NTI days for the 2022-2023 school year. These days will be designated as NTI Days when reported using communications.

    Students will use their FCPS email and password to log in to Canvas.  (Emails are typically firstname.lastname@stu.fayette.kyschools.us and password used to log into chromebooks).

    They will complete work online via Canvas by logging in with their student credentials, and accessing it through the Google waffle.

    Each class will have a posted NTI assignment, and on the teacher's canvas page a zoom link and log in information if the student needs support.

    Work will be completed by students on their own with teachers supporting them as needed during their office hours from 1:30PM to 3:30PM.

    Teachers will be available by email and canvas messenger as needed during the normal school day.

    Chromebooks will be sent home prior to an NTI. Student have 3 days to complete the assignment from the NTI day, not the return to school.

    The expectation is that all students will complete classwork in Canvas, and ask for assistance as needed.The content will be used for enrichment and no new content will be covered.
