Preschool Translations

We strongly encourage all families to start the preschool application process online. However, if you prefer to print a paper application, please download it in your language and complete the form.

To request a paper application by U.S. mail, please email the preschool staff or call (859) 422-0304. We will contact you later to finish the registration paperwork. 

Reminder: The paper form is NOT necessary if you begin the application process online.
