This month’s production of “Mamma Mia!” will showcase the incredible talents of high school students from throughout Fayette County Public Schools. The show enables our students to work alongside arts-minded peers from other schools and unites young performers in a vibrant celebration of music, dance, and impactful storytelling.
Over 50 incoming freshmen through outgoing seniors are participating in the three-week intensive session, coordinated by the district's Fine Arts Department. It will culminate in a fully-staged musical production with live student/staff pit orchestra, student-directed technical elements, and high-energy choreography.
Following the sold-out performances of last year's inaugural production, “Hairspray,” this summer’s “Mamma Mia!” promises another unforgettable experience. All are invited to support the next generation of performers, technicians, and creatives as they bring this beloved musical to life!
