Wintry Storm Prompts School Closings Jan. 7-10

FCPS canceled school for the entire week -- Jan. 7-10 -- because of the severe wintry weather, poor road conditions, and bitter cold forecast. All after-school and evening activities were also canceled. These school closures were regular snow days; they were not designated as non-traditional instruction (NTI) days.

The HealthFirst Bluegrass school-based clinics closed for in-person visits, but telehealth visits are still available, as are in-person appointments at HealthFirst Bluegrass locations not located inside schools. Please call (859) 288-2425 for medical advice or to schedule an appointment.
