A rising third-grader at Southern Elementary, Ryleigh Nott, created the winning T-shirt design for the Prichard Committee’s 2024 Groundswell Summit. Open to all Kentucky students, the contest invited participants to illustrate their vision of a happy, healthy, and strong Kentucky. Ryleigh’s artwork received the most votes, and she was congratulated by Brigitte Blom, the Prichard Committee’s president/CEO, during the June 10-12 conference in Owensboro.
