Your thoughts will help us identify what’s working well and where we can make improvements. By participating, you are helping us build a stronger, more connected school community!

Watch your email for a message from your child's principal with the survey link. Please submit it by Nov. 25 (before Thanksgiving break). 

• Each parent/guardian should take the survey once for each school where they have children enrolled.
• The survey is available in multiple languages and accessible online from mobile devices or computers.
• Responses are confidential, and reports will not identify individuals.
