Mobile Medical Clinic Around Town This Summer

HealthFirst Bluegrass is partnering with Fayette County Public Schools, United Healthcare, and the Lexington Public Library to take a mobile medical clinic to multiple sites across Lexington this summer. It will offer physicals, sports physicals, vaccines, and services for sick visits as well as screenings for ADHD, dental, behavioral health, and psychiatry services.

School-Based Health Clinic

In addition, the school-based health clinic at Tates Creek High School will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays June 10-28 and July 8-26 for routine services. This location will also provide behavioral health therapists and psychiatry services. Call (859) 288-2425 for appointments and after-hours needs.

On the Horizon

Starting July 29, nurses will be working in our schools to cover Summer Ignite’s Transition Week (for incoming kindergarteners, sixth graders, and ninth graders) and staff meetings. Then all 10 clinics will reopen on Aug. 7. The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 14.
