Lafayette Leads FCPS in State Indoor Track Meet

Lafayette teams paced Fayette County Public Schools in the 2025 KHSAA Class 3A State Indoor Track & Field Meet on March 6 in Louisville, with the boys placing fifth and the girls seventh. The Henry Clay girls finished eighth overall. 

FCPS boasted several winners in the boys’ individual events: Henry Clay’s Jayden Channer in the 55-meter dash, Lafayette in the 4x800 relay, and Frederick Douglass’ Malcolm Crow in the triple jump.
