Cassidy Team Wins 2025 Quiz Bowl

Cassidy Elementary won the 2025 Fayette County Quiz Bowl, which pitted teams of fourth- and fifth-graders in a one-day academic competition. Congratulations to Charlotte Burch, Ian Cox, Wit Dalton, Caroline King, Elliott Phillippi, and Evan Shepherd on taking first prize!

The runner-up was an Ashland team made up of Emily Bonilla, Abraham Clark, Anvi Kande, Hank Piercey, and Siya Thakur.

And third place in the Feb. 22 contest went to the Veterans Park team of Larkin Baker, Riley Gilliam, Wyatt Marion, Gabby Routt, Theo Soltis, and Jude Thompson.
