Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT) helps eligible students get nutritious food when school is out. This federal program provides $120 on the household’s SEBT card for each child who qualified for free or reduced-price meals in the 2025-26 school year.

Students ages 6-17 as of Aug. 1, 2025, who have received SNAP, KTAP, or Kinship Care for at least one month since July 1, 2025, are automatically approved -- no application is needed. Their funds have already been deposited on the household’s EBT card.

Otherwise, families can submit an application to see if their children qualify for summer benefits. The deadline is Aug. 15.

Note: Families can locate their child’s Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) number through the Campus Parent portal. Look for it under enrollment on the Student Profile page.
