We are dedicated to ensuring lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer+ (LGBTQ+) students have the opportunity to succeed through rigorous and relevant instruction, social-emotional awareness, and positive cultural identity. Our team uses data to inform continuous improvement, employ innovative strategies, commit to shared accountability, and communicate and collaborate to change schools, systems, and structures in order to decrease the inequities facing our LGBTQ+ students.
We advocate for a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ young people and straight allies. We work to empower students to affect change by supporting student-led efforts to strengthen relationships with their families and friends, and to positively impact their own schools and local communities.
