Black, Indigenous, People of Color and Underrepresented Females
We are dedicated to ensuring females in our district, especially BIPOC females, have the opportunity to succeed through rigorous and relevant instruction, social-emotional awareness, and positive cultural identity.
Our team uses data to inform continuous improvement, employ innovative strategies, commit to shared accountability, and communicate and collaborate to change schools, systems, and structures in order to decrease the inequities facing our BIPOC and underrepresented females.
We advocate and support students through school-based mentoring programs, student leadership opportunities, and professional development for school staff and district employees.
