We provide a place where families of children with special needs can receive help with their issues and concerns. You can find information on various topics related to physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities. We will also update this webpage regularly with coming events, webinars, and video series to help you navigate different aspects of special education. This collection of online resources aims to serve as a one-stop shop for your family with assistance from Fayette County Public Schools, the state of Kentucky, and beyond.


February: Black History Month

We remember state Rep. Lamin Swann of the 93rd district, who died in May 2023. Swann made history as the first Black person with a disability elected to the Kentucky House.
