Kids’ Champion Award

Our Kids’ Champion program recognizes district and school staff members who go above and beyond to advocate for student needs, support development, and foster a positive environment where all students can thrive. Nominees should have these five key characteristics:

• Innovation
• Advocacy
• Empathy
• Knowledge
• Positive Attitude

Throughout the school year, our students, families, and staff can nominate FCPS employees who display these qualities. A committee will review the submissions, and each month, one outstanding individual will be recognized at the school board's regular meeting as a Kids’ Champion.
