University Partnerships

The partnerships that FCPS maintains with Kentucky universities empower our staff to take their careers to the next level right here at home. Interested high school students can also explore education careers through apprenticeships.

Through these partnerships, our employees earn certifications and endorsements while we as a district address the positions where we have critical shortages. Thanks to these Kentucky college of education, FCPS employees can access scholarships, discounted tuition, and tuition-sharing agreements.
