Net profit extension request -- The Tax Office will also accept copies of the federal form 4868, 8736, or 7004 to request more time to file the Net Profits License Tax Return, but all such requests must include the local account number and federal ID# along with a properly estimated payment (80% percent of total tax liability due) to avoid penalty and interest. The filing deadline is April 15 for calendar year or fiscal year end due date.
