Construction & Renovations

The Fayette County Board of Education's Local Planning Committee proposes school construction and renovation projects, building life-cycle replacement (HVAC, roof, etc.), and updates of administrative or support structures. The school board and the Kentucky Department of Education approve the LPC's District Facility Plan, which sets the district's priorities on a four-year cycle!
