Juvenile Treatment Court
What's the Goal?
Juvenile Treatment Court (JTC) aims to help Fayette County youth find ways to succeed. Our young people deserve to succeed in their own way and choose their own path in life. The JTC team works diligently to help them along this path and assist in different ways as needed.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible, a youth must be involved in the juvenile justice system (public or status charges) and be willing to engage with JTC treatment services. A youth’s charges will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Generally, violent and sexual offenses are not eligible for JTC. Upon successful completion of all JTC requirements, the youth’s charges will be dismissed and expunged.
