Accessing eCurriculum

Use the menu links on the left for information on  accessing eCurriculum products via Clever, Google apps, or Canvas.

First Level Troubleshooting Steps

• Students should ALWAYS sign out of their Chromebook at the end of each session. 
  • This step clears cache to prevent issues.  
  • If a student did not sign out, closing the lid will only put the Chromebook in sleep mode.
  • See clear your browser cache for more.
     
• If steps below do not resolve the issue, students should reach out to their teacher for more support.
• If the teacher is not available, please call the district's Help Desk at (859) 422-5555.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you are having problems accessing an eCurriculum product or other online content,  please try these first line troubleshooting steps listed below.

Clear Cache

Clear Cache by following steps shown here:

Enable Cookies

Sometimes enabling all cookies resolves content-loading issues:

Sometimes allowing cookies for a specific site can resolve things:

Reset Chromebook

If clearing cache and managing cookies don't fix the problem:
Follow steps to do a Chromebook factory reset  

Note:  Students should sign out of their Chromebook at the end of a session. This clears cache to prevent issues once signed in and working online.  If a student did not sign out, closing the lid will put the Chromebook in sleep mode and, because the login was retained, once it wakes up, the student must then sign out in order to return to the profile page.
