Family Survey

To ensure that Fayette County Public Schools is a welcoming place where all students can thrive, we periodically seek feedback about the experiences our children and families have had during the school year. Your thoughts will help us identify what’s working well and where we can make improvements. By participating, you are helping us build a stronger, more connected school community!

• Each parent/guardian should take the survey once for each school where they have children enrolled.
• The survey is available in multiple languages and accessible online from mobile devices or computers.
• Responses are confidential, and reports will not identify individuals.

Watch your email for a message from your child's principal with the survey link. Please submit it between Nov. 6 and Nov. 25.

 

Paper Option

If you prefer paper over digital, copies are available at our schools and the John D. Price Administration Building, 450 Park Place. Please return the completed survey to your child's school before Thanksgiving break.
