World Language Proficiency Certification

FCPS values employees with multilingual skills and offers an incentive for those who demonstrate proficiency in a world language. Certified or classified salaried employees who meet the language proficiency criteria can earn up to a $2,000 stipend. Classified hourly employees may qualify for a two-level increase in the salary schedule.
