Welcome!
I am an Exceptional Child Instructor, here, at Coventry Oak Elementary. This is my 6th year teaching! I was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky (Prestonsburg) and moved to Lexington in 2016. I'm married to my husband, Mike, and have a goldendoodle named Tucker. Aside from family and school, I love kickboxing, UK sports, traveling, and Disney World! Also, Halloween and Christmas are my favorite Holidays. I'm a graduate of Morehead State University (Go Eagles!), Campbellsville University (Go Tigers!), and the University of Kentucky (GO CATS!). I aspire to obtain my Doctorate in the near future.
Fun fact: prior to teaching, I was a 911 telecommunicator for 9 years!
