I am so excited to be starting my 18th year of teaching! And my 16th year at Garden Springs!

What I do @ GSE:

I teach mathematics to grade levels K-4! I love getting the chance to help kids be successful with math. I co-teach in a 2nd and 4th grade classroom this year. I also pull small groups of students throughout the day. 

About Me: 

I live in Lexington with my husband Kevin, our 2 boys Beck (6) and Sid (5), and our dogs Stella and Bruno. 

In my spare time I enjoy reading and swimming. I also coach swim and teach kids (and adults) to swim! 

Education:

I graduated with a B.A. from the University of Kentucky in Elementary Education. Following my B.A., I obtained my Masters from Georgetown College with an emphasis in Reading and Writing. I also am nationally board certified in reading and writing!
