The mission of the TCMS YSC is to enhance students' abilities to succeed in school by developing and sustaining partnerships and programs that promote academic achievement and well-being.

The center offers a blend of programs based on available resources and the needs of the school community. The YSC provides programs and/or services in the following areas to TCMS students and families:

1. Referrals to health and social services
2. Career exploration
3. Substance abuse education and counseling
4. Family crisis and mental health counseling
5. Academic support
