Miss Kaci Cohn

This is my fourth year teaching at the Academies of Bryan Station, and is my third year teaching in the IT Academy.

Since I was in high school, I've known that I wanted to be a teacher.  I graduated high school in Frisco, Texas, and moved to South Carolina to attend Clemson University, majoring in Secondary Education in Math, and minoring in Spanish.  Upon graduating in 2012, I moved to Lexington, Kentucky, during which time I worked at the front desk for Lexington Neurology, as well as a Guest Services Specialist for an international law firm, Bingham McCutchen, combined for a total of 2 years.  Knowing that my passion was in eduation, I quit my job and attended the University of Kentucky during the 2014-2015 school year, earning my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I student taught at Bryan Station that spring and knew that the school and the staff here were special - and more importantly, that I wanted to be a part of it all. I have been full-time teaching at BSHS since the start of the 2015-2016 school year, and every year I love it more and more!
