In order to enroll your child in school you must present to the school registrar
- Primary proof of residency (deed, lease, rental agreement)
- Secondary proof of residency (utility bill, current tax bill)
- Birth certificate, passport or visa
- Kentucky Immunization Certificate (with current required immunizations updated)
- Preventive Health Care Examination done within one year prior to enrollment or within 30 days after entering school
- Eye examination done by ophthalmologist or optometrist by January 1 of the year of enrollment
- Dental examination by January 1 of the year of enrollment
- TB Skin Test for student enrolling from outside the United States (except Canada)

Every student must have a current transportation form on file each year. The form must be returned immediately as it is very important that we are able to ensure that you child gets home safely each and and so that we can contact you if your child is injured or ill. Make sdure that we have update names and telephone numbers of persons authorized to pick up your child. We will not release a child to anyone not listed on the fom. Please notify the office if phone numbers, addresses or people authorized to pick up your child change throughout the year.
Please do not park in areas that are not marked as parking spaces. Watch out for children exiting cars and crossing the lott and be mindful of individuals backing out of parking places. The car rider lane is for morning drop off and afternoon pickup only and should be left open for emergency vehicles during times when the building is occupied. If you are coming into the building to check out a child for an appointment or from Prime Time, please park in designated spaces in the parking lot.
All VISITORS MUST REGISTER in the office. NO EXCEPTIONS. Visitors must sign in every time they enter the building .
Attendance at school is essential for good performance and high achievement. A written excuse, dated and signed by the parent is required for all absences. Excused absences include illness, death of an immediate family member, religious holidays for which prior approval is given, medical and dental appointments, and special cases approved by the principal. Children are tardy if they arrive after 7:45 AM. and must obtain a tardy slip from the office.
Picking Up Your Child
If you are picking up your child at dismissal time, please wait outside of the building. We must have a written note if there is a change in your child’s transportation. No change in transportation will be permitted unless we have a written note from the parent. A telephone call will NOT be accepted. During the school day, you must come into the office to sign your child out. Children are only released from class when called from the office.
