    Orchestra - Required Materials 2018-2019 - 

    • Instrument and bow in excellent playing condition
      • All students should rent an instrument until they are ready for a full-size instrument. It is recommended that once a student has grown into a full-size instrument, they purchase an intermediate or advanced level instrument.
      • Rentals are available from the school. Please contact Mrs. Payne for more information.
    • Rosin and cleaning cloth

    Band - Instrument & supplies– in good working condition. Valve oil or slide oil,  Clean swab or snake,  Reeds (recommend blue box Vandoren for middle school), drum sticks/mallets. These supplies are available to be purchased through band program.  (Instrument specific lists will be sent out on the first day of school.)

    • There will be a $25 class fee that will cover the cost of the method book and band shirt (for new students only).  Returning students can trade in shirts for a larger size if available or purchase a new shirt for $15. Fee goes to cover the cost of sheet music and supplemental materials used in class.
