Ashlie Arkwright has been teaching sixth, seventh, and eighth grade science at SCAPA since 2000. She earned Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts degrees in Middle School Education, a Rank 1 in Instruction and Administration, and a Ph.D. in Education Sciences, all from the University of Kentucky.
Teaching science at SCAPA is Mrs. Arkwright’s “dream job.” Her favorite topics to teach include heredity and environmental studies. Outside of SCAPA, Mrs. Arkwright enjoys spending time outside and chasing around her three young children, Vivienne, Sullivan, and Karenna.
