Macy Andrews Reed is a true SCAPA kid. She attended SCAPA from 4^th grade in 1991 to graduating from SCAPA at Lafayette in 2000 as a Theatre major. She went on to attend Murray State University in Murray, KY with a major in Organizational Communication and a minor in Theatre. She moved to Atlanta and worked for Lexus in accounting for 6 years before going back to school to become a Math teacher. Macy moved back to Lexington in 2011 and started teaching at East Jessamine Middle School. She made the switch to SCAPA in 2015. She is married to her husband, Dr. Eric Reed and they have one son, Finn. She also has three bonus daughters, Addison, Isabella, and Charlie. They also have rescue dog, Lucy. Macy spends her time outside of SCAPA riding roller coasters, ruling the go kart track, and taking in the latest flicks at the box office. She loves to be one with nature with her dogs in tow and also to be immersed in the latest mystery novel. Working at SCAPA is a dream come true every day!
