Central Kentucky Council on Youth Leadership - 42nd Annual Youth Salute
This year the Central Kentucky Council on Youth Leadership will sponsor the 42nd Annual "Youth Salute" in cooperation with the National Council on Youth Leadership. The purpose of this program is to honor high school juniors in your community who maintain a high scholastic average and have demonstrated leadership ability.
To qualify for "Youth Salute" a student must:
-Be a high school junior (class of 2024)
-Have at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA through their sophomore year
-Have heald or currently hold TWO LEADERSHIP ROLES to which they were chosen by their peers or an adult leader within the past two years of school, religious, or community sponsored organizations.
Applications can be found in the Student Support Offices or reach out to your Academy Counselor for more information.
DEADLINE to apply is December 12, 2022.

Grading Scale Policy
TCHS SBDM Council approved an updated grading scale beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. The updated scale is as follows:
A 90% - 100%
B 80% - 89%
C 70% - 79%
D 60% - 69%
F 0% - 59%
