Student/School Information Systems
The Kentucky Department of Education uses software called Infinite Campus to manage student records in all school districts across the state. This is a fully web-based system, and a single database houses all the records for a district. Families are encouraged to keep their household information up-to-date with the school office.
The Campus Portal gives families access to students' attendance records, grades, class assignments, and more. (Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are the recommended browsers.) Note: Questions about a student's grades or attendance should be directed to the teachers or the school.
To establish an account: Request a Parent Portal activation key.
Do you need a password reset or a username reminder? Simply visit our IC Parent Portal support site. This tool has three features:
- Register – Request an activation key to create a Parent Portal account;
- Get my credentials – Reset your password or retrieve your username.
- Help! – Ask for extra assistance.
If you have problems with our support site, please email the IC staff with the following information: parent/guardian full name, preferred email address, street address, student’s name, date of birth, plus any details or error messages.
