About Our School

Winburn Middle School is home to a diverse population of students who truly reflects our global society with a wide variety of cultures. As home to one of Fayette County’s gifted and talented programs, we are honored that students choose to come to Winburn from all around Lexington.

Our Warrior Code or commitment to one another assists us in achieving our mission of respecting, protecting, and providing a college- and career-ready education for our students each day. We also offer Spanish, band, orchestra, art, computer applications, digital music.
