Ms. Taylor is currently the Arts and Humanities teacher at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary. She’s held this position since the school opened in 2006. Ms. Taylor has headed many programs to expand and enhance the A&H curriculum to engage students in the arts, both during school and after school. She’s committed to student success in the classroom and in life.

Ms. Taylor has a degree in Arts Education K-12, a Masters in Humanities from WVU and a Rank 1 in Integrating Art Across the Curriculum. Her teaching experience spans over 20 years, including middle and high school.

Ms. Taylor loves the arts. Not only does she take pleasure in sharing her knowledge about art but she wants her students to experience art and understand how much it affects their lives every day.
