Mrs. Miner is a special education teacher at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary.  She first taught at Athens Elementary  School and has taught at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary School since its opening.  She has taught for 16 years in the special education classroom, general education classroom, and as a special education facilitator.   Her degree is in Elementary Education  and Exceptional Children- Learning and Behavior Disorders from the University of Kentucky.  Her Masters is in Inter-Disciplinary Early Childhood Education from Eastern Kentucky University.  She is also a current Nationally Board Certified Teacher for the area of Exceptional Needs. Mrs. Miner currently serves as the team lead for the Special Education Team.  She also has coached cross country with Mrs. Blake and Archery with Mr. Spivey.  Mrs. Miner is proud to teach the Eagles of ACE!
