Sarah Powell is currently a Fourth Grade Teacher at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary. Mrs. Powell started her teaching career at ACE as a First Grade Teacher which she taught for 7 years. This will be her second year as a Fourth Grade Teacher at ACE. Mrs. Powell earned a degree in Elementary Education at Georgetown College and mastered in Reading and Writing at the University of the Cumberlands. In 2019, she became National Board Certified in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts. Mrs. Powell has one daughter named Merritt and a German Shepherd named Rex. She loves teaching at ACE and looks forward to meeting her students and making the most of the 2020-2021 school year!
