Mercedes Harn is a second year Spanish teacher at ACE.  Mrs. Harn taught Spanish at Breckinridge Elementary for eight years. She is originally from Lima, Peru. There, she studied and got her masters degree in Mass Communication. In Peru, she worked as an assistant producer and TV producer. She moved to Lexington, Kentucky 15 years ago. Here, she got her second master degree in Education at Asbury University. Mrs. Harn is also an artist, has a radio show on the Lexington Community Radio and currently is president of the non profit organization Casa de la Cultura.
