Facility Usage

Fayette County Public Schools has an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all.

Reservation requests can be submitted easily and handled efficiently. Renters can also access photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes, and pay online. 

School-related groups and various civic, charitable, governmental, nonprofit, religious, and other organizations and individuals may use FCPS facilities and equipment according to policies and procedures established by the Fayette County Board of Education. District facilities and equipment may not be used for commercial (for-profit) activities unless authorized by the superintendent or designee(s). 

Facility Usage Procedures

In partnering with Facilitron, FCPS has custom facility-use sites for the district and each school. Although the process of requests/approval/management of facility use is digital, what is implemented on Facilitron remains the same as dictated by school board policies. The district’s administrative staff makes final decisions on all requests.

Online Facility Request & Rental System

Facilitron assists with the set-up of organization and user accounts along with verification of nonprofit status, if applicable. Payments can be submitted online using major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal. Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded into the system or it can be obtained directly through Facilitron.
