Audition Tasks

  1. On-Demand Drawing Tasks:
    • Still Life: Students will submit an on-demand graphite pencil drawing of a still life. Fifteen (15) minutes will be allotted to draw this still life drawing at each student’s school. Paper and #2 wooden pencils will be provided. 
  • Clark’s Drawing Abilities Test (CDAT): Students will complete two short drawing activities. These tasks will be explained and given to students on the day of the audition; no need to prepare in advance. Each drawing activity will last 15 minutes. We will provide paper and standard #2 pencils.

2. Two Choice Pieces for an Art Portfolio (submitted digitally): Please showcase work that you have completed within the past year.
