Audition Tasks

  1. Group Scene:

Students will work in small groups of four on a short scene. The GT resource teacher at each school will organize students into appropriate groups for this task. Students will have time to prepare and develop their scene physically and vocally during the school day with their group. 

Students will perform the group scene (memorization is not required, students may hold the script if they would like). The audition performance will be recorded at school by the GT resource teacher.

  1. On-Demand Group Improvisations: 

Students will be verbally guided through a short improvisational activity via video in a small group of 3 or 4 students. 

The performance of the improvisation task will be recorded on video at school.
