Dual Credit / Dual Enrollment

Dual credit refers to credit earned at a college and high school simultaneously for completing a course.  Students can earn dual credit for both academic and Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses, and they can take them at the high school, on a college campus, or online.

 

Dual enrollment refers to credit earned by completing a course only at a post-secondary institution. High school students receive significant discounts on college credit courses.  With academic planning, students can complete an associate's degree by the time they graduate high school.
