Instructional fees

Student instructional fees are $4 per class per semester ($8 per year per class).  Some classes are exempt from the fee. There are two ways to pay textbook rental fees: cash or check (made out to Tates Creek High School)

IC Portal

To establish an account to access your student's records in Infinite Campus: Request a Parent Portal activation key.

Do you need a password reset or a username reminder? Simply visit our district's IC Parent Portal support site. If you have problems there, please  email the IC staff with the parent/guardian full name, preferred email address, street address, student’s name and date of birth, plus any details or error messages.

Getting involved

The Fayette County Public Schools system recognizes that parent/family involvement is essential as we partner to educate our district’s students and to prepare them for life-long learning. Volunteering

Anyone interested in volunteering at TCHS must register with FCPS and agree to a criminal background check. You can also explore districtwide volunteer opportunities.

Facilities usage

If your organization, booster club, or outside group would like to reserve our facilities, you must create a Facilitron account and submit an application.
