  • New ESS Schedule

The JCMS Extended School Services (ESS) program has a new schedule!  We have added in-person sessions by grade level and evening Zoom sessions open to all students for help in any subject!

For in-person sessions, students must attend on the day of their assigned grade-level (see schedule below) and adhere to all COVID protocols.  Students must arrive (with all needed school supplies) at the front foyer at 7:30AM for temperature and mask checks.  Students will be escorted to the library for the ESS program from 7:40-8:40.  Students will be dismissed for general arrival at 8:45. [Note: If attendance exceeds library capacity, an additional staff member will host some students in a separate classroom.]

For evening Zoom sessions, no pre-registration is required.  Any JCMS student may attend by clicking the link in the schedule below (using FCPS Google authentication).  Sessions are open from 6:30-7:30PM for students to join at any time.

Our ESS teachers look forward to continuing to help all students who take advantage of our program!  Please contact our school coordinator, Mrs. Greer, at nichole.greer@fayette.kyschools.us if there are any questions or concerns.

  • FCPS shares updates on meals pickup & P-EBT cards

As a reminder to FCPS families, all meals are free for all students whether in the cafeteria or via pickup if still in remote learning. This federal waiver is in effect for the rest of the 2020-21 school year.

Eligible families also receive help buying groceries through the federally funded Pandemic-EBT cards, which go out to qualified students.
