Google Scholar
According to Google, Scholar is a tool geared towards high school students and adult learners rather than younger students. Articles and citations that come up in Google Scholar results are all from high-quality, academic sources. Some of these are publicly available and linked to in the search results. Others are available from online databases or university libraries and require a bit more effort to find. Academic articles are indexed and ranked in the same way that researchers evaluate their sources: They not only consider the full text content, but also the author, when it was published, who cites it, as well as how recently it has been cited by other articles.
