On Saturday March 23, FCPS Family University will partner with the Urban League of Lexington, the YMCA of Central Kentucky's Black Achievers Program, and community partners to host the annual Lifting & Impacting Futures Today Conference. LIFT will provide support to families in navigating their children's education from cradle to career.

Family University's steering committee includes representatives from FCPS, the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning, the 16th District PTA and its Urban Family Engagement Network (UFEN), the Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County, and the YMCA of Central Kentucky. The efforts are coordinated in FCPS by the office of Family & Community Engagement (FACE).
